5–10 days

From kick-off to a fully briefed team — no months-long discovery phase.

≤ 14 days

To your first shipped improvement, not a slide deck about what we'd do eventually.

1 workspace

A single shared workspace — no information silos, no forwarding old docs.

0 handoffs

Zero junior handoffs during the transfer. Senior people on your account from day one.

WHY TRANSFERS GO WRONG

You shouldn't lose a quarter to switching.

When you change agencies, the new team usually disappears into "discovery" for months. Your stakeholders sit through the same interviews they sat through three years ago. Codebases get re-audited line by line. Ad accounts get pulled apart and slowly pieced back together.

Meanwhile, nothing ships. Performance dips because no one is making changes. The team you hired is invisible because they're heads-down reading documentation written by people who left.

We've rebuilt that process with AI sitting at the centre of it. The boring work — reading code, cataloguing content, mapping ad structures, summarising past campaigns — runs in hours, not weeks. Senior people spend their time on judgment, not extraction. You see progress in days.

Traditional onboarding vs. Represent's AI-powered transfer

The same handover. A very different first ninety days — and a very different bill at the end of them.

Traditional onboarding
Represent's transfer
Time to first shipped change
Codebase & content audit
Stakeholder interviews
Visibility during onboarding
Single source of truth
Risk of dropped balls

8–12 weeks before anything visible ships.

Under 2 weeks to your first shipped improvement.

Manual read-through of every repo and CMS, 4–6 weeks of it.

AI-assisted indexing in 2–4 days, with senior review on top.

You're asked to repeat what you said before — three years ago.

AI summarises existing material first, so we ask sharper questions.

Status emails once a month, when you remember to chase.

A live shared workspace you can read whenever you want.

Knowledge scattered across drives, decks and inboxes.

One workspace, queryable by AI, with everything indexed.

Tribal knowledge lost as people leave the previous agency.

Knowledge captured and indexed — nothing lives only in someone's head.

THE TRANSFER PROCESS

From kick-off to first wins, in weeks A structured, transparent handover designed around fast momentum. You always know what we're doing, what we've found, and what's next.

1. Audit & access

Days 1–3 — We get read-only access to your codebase, CMS, design files, analytics and ad accounts. AI starts indexing immediately — building a searchable map of every repo, page, asset and campaign so the team is briefed before our first internal call.

2. AI-assisted ingestion

Days 3–7 — AI summarises the existing codebase architecture, content models, brand guidelines and historical campaign performance. Senior engineers and strategists review, ask sharper questions, and flag the things that actually matter — instead of re-reading everything by hand.

3. Transparent shared workspace

Day 5+ — We open a shared workspace with the indexed knowledge base, a live status board, and the channel where the team actually talks. You can read the brief, the audit notes, the open questions and the queue — without asking for a status update.

4. Stakeholder calibration

Week 2 — Instead of re-running discovery interviews, we walk you through what we've already inferred and ask you to correct, rank and add. Most clients are stunned at how much we got right from the existing material — and how much faster the conversation is.

5. First shipped wins

≤ 14 days — We pick two or three high-confidence improvements — a performance fix, a content update, a campaign tweak — and ship them. You see real changes inside two weeks, not a slide deck about what we'd eventually do.

6. Ongoing rhythm

Week 3+ — We move into a steady cadence: weekly check-ins, a single shared dashboard for performance, and a backlog you can see and reorder. The transfer phase ends quietly — because by then we're already operating, not onboarding.

THE AI TOOLING

What AI is actually doing during your transfer Not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. Specific, focused tools for the four areas every agency transfer struggles with — codebases, content, design systems, and analytics & ads.

Inherited codebases

AI maps repository structure, dependencies, deployment pipelines and undocumented conventions, generates onboarding docs, and flags risk and dead code. Senior engineers get a guided tour in hours instead of spending two weeks reading commit history.

Left and right arrows.

Content & design systems

Existing pages, components and brand assets are catalogued and clustered, with brand voice extracted from your own material and design tokens inventoried. The team learns your voice and visual language from real content, not a PDF brand book that was last updated three years ago.

Analytics & insight history

AI ingests historical analytics, past A/B tests and previous campaign reports, summarising what's been tried, establishing a performance baseline and surfacing the blind spots — including what the previous agency quietly avoided talking about.

Arrows pointing left and right.

Ad accounts & campaigns

Account structures, audiences, creative assets and spend patterns are pulled in and summarised, with a quick-win opportunity list ready for day one. We arrive at the first call already knowing what's running, what's wasted, and where to start.

COMMUNICATION & TRANSPARENCY

You shouldn't have to ask for a status update One workspace, one source of truth, and a team you can talk to directly. The opposite of how most agency relationships actually work.

One shared workspace

Brief, audit notes, AI-indexed knowledge base, backlog and live status — all in one place, all readable by you and your team. No "can you forward me that doc?".

A single source-of-truth dashboard

Performance, in-progress work and shipped changes — pulled into one dashboard. The same dashboard the internal team looks at every morning.

Direct access to senior people

Weekly check-ins with the people actually doing the work. A shared channel for everything in between. No account-manager translation layer.

Decisions logged, not lost

Every meaningful decision is captured in the workspace and indexed by AI. When you ask "why did we do it that way?" six months from now, the answer is one query away.
